Datacenter United, leading Belgian provider of Tier IV-certified colocation and data centre solutions, announces the appointment of Geoffrey Vanderhaegen as its new chief commercial officer (CCO).
With more than 20 years of commercial experience in the IT and data centre sector, Geoffrey brings proven expertise in building commercial teams and strengthening customer and partner relationships. In his role as CCO, he will further shape commercial strength, drive innovation and optimise the customer experience, working closely with customers and partners.
Earlier this year, Datacenter United expanded its presence through the strategic acquisition of the Proximus data centres in Flanders and Brussels. With the recent €120 million capital injection, the company is accelerating its growth strategy, investing in sustainable data centre infrastructure and preparing its network for high-density workloads and AI applications.
