The knowledge platform for technology, innovation and digital transformation
Atumind lanceert slimme software voor maakbedrijven die willen groeien zonder complexiteit

Atumind launches smart software for manufacturing companies looking to grow without adding complexity

Atumind is launching its software platform at ABISS 2025, the Benelux trade fair for industrial digital transformation. Manufacturing companies juggle speed, precision and delivery reliability on a daily basis. Complex schedules, inefficient processes and a lack of real-time insight often lead to errors, delays and unnecessary costs. Atumind, the new player in productivity software for Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), is breaking this pattern. The modular platform digitises and streamlines the operations of manufacturing companies: simple, scalable, fully cyber-secure and without adding extra complexity. The team behind Atumind has over 15 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. Thanks to this practical knowledge, they know exactly what goes on on the shop floor and deliver solutions that truly reflect the reality of every business.

From gut feeling to data-driven production

“Production planning today often still relies on the knowledge of just a few key staff members, who know the production lines inside out and make adjustments based on intuition,” says Christophe Sabbe, CEO of Atumind. “But in the event of staff absences or when there are multiple production sites, this increases the risk of errors, downtime and delays.”

Atumind centralises all process data in a single, clear platform, so that every team member can see exactly what is happening on the shop floor at any given moment. Real-time dashboards and AI-driven planning modules support operators, planners and management in their decision-making. Bottlenecks are identified at an early stage, rescheduling takes place automatically and traceability is comprehensive. “This shifts management from ad hoc to data-driven decision-making, creating a reliable foundation that grows alongside the organisation,” says Thijs Maenhout, COO of Atumind.

Software that grows with your business

“Many manufacturing companies use software that is complex, expensive and time-consuming to implement,” says Sabbe. “New features often require significant reinvestment straight away.”

Atumind takes a different approach. Their modular, web-based platform allows companies to pay only for the modules they need within the MOM suite (MES, WMS/WCS, APS). Rolling updates ensure automatic upgrades without any downtime. Thanks to the seamless integration with existing ERP, SCADA and PLC systems, implementation is quick and hassle-free. “This allows companies to grow at their own pace, without costly reinvestments or complicated processes,” adds Maenhout.

Fully tailored to the manufacturing industry

“Production environments are complex, particularly in sectors such as food, agriculture and manufacturing, where production lines, shifts and departments vary greatly,” says Christophe Sabbe. Atumind offers a modular platform for this purpose that companies can tailor precisely to their own needs. In addition to MES, WMS/WCS and AI-driven APS, customers can develop a digital twin in advance based on historical data, in collaboration with the team of data scientists. “This creates a solution that not only aligns with their sector and processes, but also with the way work is carried out on the shop floor. In short, a system that really works for your business,” conclude Christophe Sabbe and Thijs Maenhout.
